2023-06-11 | Lawrence Brigham | So, I would of rated this much higher, but after playing it for a couple days I just can't. The progress is absurdly slow once you start getting into the lvl 90-130 range, you end up spending an hour on a run, die, and get 1-8 of the upgrade points(currently I need 350 to buy 1 upgrade for my sword, and the lowest upgrade for something else costs 100), so you need to do over a dozen runs to buy 1 upgrade, or in my case I'd need to spend nearly 40 hours to upgrade my sword 1 time.
2023-05-25 | Mr “Henț” Cat | in my opinion, this is a very good game! it does not flood you with ads, nor information, and it lets you explore the game however you like, without holding your hand for half the game. I am reviewing as of getting to LV100, which is the ONLY times this game asked for a review, which is fantastic. Very fun, very addicting, overall good game. One thing I wouls suggest though, is when you have max skills, to be opted to buy a skill ring, if you tried to buy a skill when you're at max skills.
2023-05-14 | iggy mab | Gameplay itself is fun, but there's a random slowdown related to ads, you can access its debugger by shaking the phone and clicking the blue circle with a thin white triangle on it that appears. Otherwise, all the single-digit % effects can be ignored, you gain power by spending ad currency to merge skills into the 2 slots that carry over. Thought 5/gold star was the max, but then saw yet more repetitive treadmill ahead. Might've been fine without the weird slowdown, but kinda glad to be free.
2022-11-06 | Gaff Garion | Kind of a strange game. I'm beating more enemies and getting further each run, but I don't actually feel like I'm getting stronger, so it's left me more confused than anything. I'm enjoying it, though I wish there was either more equipment or the equipment did more to make me feel powerful. Here's a tip: you swing your sword faster when you're on the ground.
2022-09-11 | Benjamin Bundy | I love this game! It's a fun, offline game, but it's a grinder. Just a few options to buy(be nice if there were a few more things to buy. Like rings or more color options or actual cosmetic changes.) It would be nice if you didn't get replica items in the same time or that the item drop multipliers actually worked. I find myself trying to get all the weapons and armor. Be nice to have a cloud save. I got a new phone and had to start over. Still a fun game.
2021-10-06 | 5orsky Sorsky | game is pretty cool, i think the end game is sorely lacking and the tedious playthroughs doesnt give enough to keep going. If you played the first stage, you've essentially played the late game as well, it just isnt rewarding enough when it comes to the late game. Keep expectations low and casually play this is really the way to go. I wanted to keep playing but after hitting late levels and getting so little enhancement stones to level anything really isnt good balance for the amount put in.
2021-06-17 | Felipe Miranda | This game is quite peculiar. Simple but challenging and also incredibly metagamy so to say. The hordes of enemies reminds me of good old Castlevania demons, which add some helish atmosphere to the experience. However, I'd like to give a honest suggestion to the developers: please, find a way to let the player control the sword attacks, not just the character movement. And just add a button to activate the awakening, the miss tap and accidental activation happens a lot and can ruin the run.
2020-07-10 | Weng Jian Fong | It's nice to play to pass time but I suggest a sort function for the equipment, having the same 'class' of item being everywhere is annoying when swapping equipment from early->mid->late game. Another personal opinion is to stop the right path from being strictly only forest stage, since the mobs moves very fast/immune to knockback, worse yet the boss projectile have too high hp to kill before they hit my sword.
2020-06-23 | A T | Incomplete game, as if still in beta version. Player friendly feature are lacking; crashes during battle lead to lost game data and data wasn't restore until death; enchantment stone, a crucial item to improve game progress, hardly available to player, contribute to heavily grinding gameplay; game mechanics that slow down player progress is too heavy; level UI need redesign for better interaction. The gameplay is promising, however, there is still room for improvement until game in enjoyable..
2020-06-22 | Dylan Resavy | Fun game, but really boils down to a clicker game. There's a small amount of strategy in choosing your equipment and special skills, but ultimately you're just tapping or holding your finger on the screen steering towards whichever enemy is closest to your sword (health bar). But it's well made and has very limited ads. |
