It will be nice if the app can simulate the both legs in exercises like Bulgarian split squares where only a leg was being exercised

This app is so nice. After doing the workouts constituenly with 100% effort for 1-2 weeks, I can finally touch rim in basketball. If I continue this I should be able to dunk. One suggestion I'll say is that you should add more time for breaks like 15 sec breaks could be useful. Thank you.

Hello there, I really like this app. It is very simple, short and most importantly there are the best exercises for increasing your vertical. I increased my vertical by 1 inch in a week by doing the exercises consistantly. The only change I would like is a little more rest time between exercises, so you can rest a little more. Overall very interested to continue doing these exercises and very good app. Thank you.
