2024-12-01 | Master Coder | This app is so nice. After doing the workouts constituenly with 100% effort for 1-2 weeks, I can finally touch rim in basketball. If I continue this I should be able to dunk. One suggestion I'll say is that you should add more time for breaks like 15 sec breaks could be useful. Thank you. | |

I increased my vertical by 1 inch in a week by doing the exercises consistantly. The only change I would like is a little more rest time between exercises, so you can rest a little more.
