They asked me to send an email with the receipt and I did but the issue hasn't been solved and I've not been able to use it. Money seems to be wasted as my kid can't even use the app. |

My lil one is three and the tracing arabic letters frustrates him so its a bit too complicated for his age but would definitely consider getting this when he is older . i tried reaching out to support for a refund as I signed up for a year subscription but will not be using it and have not heard back from them. |
