This simple time tracking utility gives a wide variety of options thru which you can tune your own breathing sessions.
NEW : With Pro rounds you can now create a list of rounds each having unique settings for a pace, breaths and hold time.
Some available options are :
Breathing sound : In case you need berthing guidance in the first part of the session. Can be turned off.
Background music : Currently there are two tracks available to choose from. Default song is tuned in 432Hz.
Number of breaths : You can choose from 15 to 60 this will make the counter stop and start part two. In case you need
more breaths turn the counter at 61 at this count the counter will count until manually stopped.
Breath Pace : This sets the time per breath from 1 second to 6 seconds.
Change phase by : Controls the action witch is needed to change the phases. Can be set to one tap or double tap.
Meditation : By activating this option. After you finish with your breathing session or your preset rounds are over a timer will start and keep track of your time in meditation.

After each round you can save the number of rounds and time spend in retention in a local database and review it later in Results Overview section
Graphs are now available for better and more complete overview of your results.
