This app is incredible! Choose the ambient sfx you want to create your perfect "comfort environment" You can turn on/off each sound and volume as you choose. Personally I have distant thunder, light rain and a cat purring. I've been falling straight to sleep!

I love all the different sounds this app has. I've heard an app at the day spa that sounds like it may have instrumental sounds that we're so pleasant to fall asleep to. I wish I'd asked what it was. I'd hoped it was in this app, but it's not. It sounded like none of the traditional instruments, so I'm struggling to find the right sounds on any apps I come across.

I am impressed by the melodic and timely merging of a range of noises. The ability to move different sounds from the background to the front and anywhere in between is a pleasant option which can alter the overall effect without impairing the experience. It is now two months since I wrote the first paragraph. I continue to have sleep difficulty every night. Most of my sleep is broken into 2 hour blocks. Playing music with sax, piano, flute and violin helps me greatly to return to sleep.
