| 2024-11-18 |  | | If I could write this game is 0 I would. You can't cash out until you pass level 3 which, like all the other reviews, you cannot pass in order to cash out. The tiles are endless, there's no counter that shows you how many tiles you have left, the only way to even remotely get further in the game is by paying tons of money for extra coins just for them to replace the tile that you have that you need to keep in order to sort of clear the board but they replace them with things you don't need. |

I actually got down to a point where I can see all the tiles on the last layer and it's impossible to win as there wasn't enough tiles to match that would clear the stage. This has happened over the past few days so I am inclined to believe it wasn't something random but on purpose. Would give zero rating if it were possible but alas it isn't. |

But you have to have a 1000.00 to cash out, but the next level while reaching the goal puts you on a level that can not be beat. I took a screenshot of the very last part and there are not enough pairs of 3s to finish the game. |

I tried filling out your form but it's asking for information I don't have. I tried sending a screenshot of my purchases and I can't attach the screenshot. I tried contacting customer service via chat. No answer. I want to delete it but I'm up to almost 2000 in winnings that I'm unable to withdraw! This app is a waste of time! |

The first 2 levels are a breeze to go through, but once you reach the 3rd level, which is conveniently the level you need to pass before withdrawing money, it's IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT. The tiles are endless, and just when you think you're almost done, they continue to pop up. There is no way to tell how many tiles you have left because conveniently, the game doesn't count them. This game is definitely a waste of time and energy |

In order to cash out, you have to win the current level you're on. You can't press the cash out button during the game like in the tutorial. Also, instead of gaining a tile by playing an ad on each level to make the game a little easier, you have to pay $139 to unlock the extra tile space. Complete scam. |

Level 3 is deceptively impossible without paying for coins to "resurrect" when you inevitably can't beat the one level you need to pass in order to cash out. The middle of the board is endless, you can't clear it. I played for 45 minutes, believe me, I tried. Conveniently, the resurrection costs 100 gold and you can only get 3 free gold at a time by watching ads. Don't waste your time! :) |

It still won't allow you to. You end up starting over on this game. It's bad enough that if it was possible to pass level 3 to cash out, you have to wait 7 days or more just to receive the earnings. | 2024-11-01 |  | | They make it impossible to pass level 3 and they say you can cash out right away but you can't you have to pass level 3 and it is literally impossible unless of course you put your credit card in there and pay to buy all these extra things and you got to watch like a million ads. I actually like the game but there's no way every time that I hit a couple of the blocks and start going somewhere well as far as I can anyway I want to watch that and not just a short add it's a long one I am so done . |
