| 2024-12-17 |  | | very good game this is new in Play Store so it have bugs but I think you will fix it but you have to fix one bug firstly the staff of washing is Drying it was the clothes and dry also but it don't give the clothes to the iron and folding staff then the customer starts to come back and at the last she gives the clothes to iron and fold and customer gets late and don't give up this is a big problem please fix this issue firstly |

I can't complain much about anything, and I don't know why other people are because the game is playable. I don't know if some people are expected a Triple-A game about owning and running laundromat on a mobile device or what. The tutorial worked fine for me, and I can access it any time. The game is not that hard to figure out. I think people just like to complain. No intrusive ads either. |

| 2024-12-15 |  | | I'm annoyed this app because in Rank Challenge Reward I can't claim due to force me to watch a ad, Please Remove Priority Watch the ad that's supposed to Optional, the other reason is I can't move to Laundry Lvl 2 I'm stuck on laundry Lvl 1, honestly i finished it on the Rank challenge 3 days ago then I can't buy or hire any stuff that's required Laundry Lvl 2. Plus your "Special Code" is Very useful for the mobile gamer, every I put the code it always popping ads, I think this app is adware. |

Fix the bugs everytime I take or put the laundry it doesn't work, every time I open the shop but no customers come what happened I enjoy this game so please improve and fix some bugs. The update is the same in the previous update we don't know what the update is. |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | So there's a couple of things that could be done to improve 1st one is when you use a tool in higher levels it's freezes the game for like 10 seconds before you can press anything again 2nd is maybe adding some more stuff to decorating like being able to paint the walls and floors what would great as well to add maybe a repair area for broken clothing |

One thing I would suggest is maybe making some premium tools and machines players can buy with money to make some revenue and maybe having a little list of bonuses you can get from watching ads and taking the ads off things like claiming quests, starting a new day and opening the shop, as it's not good feeling like I have to play with WiFi off to avoid ads and not being able to claim my quest rewards. |

No 'open-box' option appeared during the tutorial. By definition, however, tutorials include some information on how to step by step execute the actions that accomplish the listed directives, (goals) so, the tutorial ISN'T one. I'd say nice try but someone somewhere who created this game 15 years ago is cringing. "What's a sandbox?" -Millennials |
