I had a balance of $360 and I made a transfer of $222 which took time to go and eventually got to the receiver with the value of $119, on the other hand after the transfer my balance was meant to be 138 at least, but my balance was $109-$100, why is it so, what happened to my full balance? Today being 20th Dec 2023.I just transferred 41 dollars of Bitcoin to someone out of, $102, why is my balance $21 instead of $61… just like the previous time I transferred $222 out |

No assuring to say the least when we are living in the age of big data leaks with big companies, it's crazy there isn't a delete your information option. Another person mentioned forgetting the payment password and I had the same issue where they asked me to KYC. I never did kyc to protect my data and they could only ask for it. I wanted to just delete my account. |
| 2022-02-14 |  | | Honestly, I find this wallet to be very reliable, and easy to operate. It's comparable to Exodus, however it has an amazing "Loop" fee feature, that I absolutely love. The only things I don't like about the Cobo wallet is that old/unused wallets can't be hidden or deleted, and there is no dark mode option. NEEDS DARK MODE! Dark mode for 5 stars. |

But since your 5.0++ upgrades problems popped out on my end. i have a locked altcoin that previously on POS, that can't be accessed, support was no help even telling me find and older version hence you don't archive, you also locked me out on submitting support tickets. |

Considering at the speed that the crypto prices fluctuate, it's important to have these types of functionalities working properly. I regret updating the app, and will be moving to another platform. |
