This app is not very useful and the entry process is super misleading. There's a a few items you can "add on" for 20 bucks that are really not worth the fee and they make it easy to click accept by mistake. I got a refund on the subscription as promised, but they took the "add on" money which is non-refundable. Feels bad man. 1 star app, I regret my curiosity!

Company doesn't tell you until after you sign up that the AI feature is extra. I put in that I have a torn rotator cuff yet the exercise generated for day one are a bunch of plank exercises which applies direct pressure on my source of pain... Edit: I talked to the team and the response was, just remove the exercises you cannot do and replace them with another. At that point I'm basically building a routine myself. Your technically needs more work, rating stays.

Definitely needs more options, more customizable workouts. I stick to machines because of issues with my joints, but there isn't enough machine options listed for me to feel like I got a full workout.. especially for lower body.. also, let me enter what machines I can use and generate a routine off of that, rather than a randomized one

I love how I can skip rest if the exercise is too easy. This is the type of program I have dreamed about. Completely customizable. I can add a workout unplanned in a moments notice and tailor it to that exact time and my equipment available. If I was still a personal trainer and/or did house calls, this would be my life-line! Amazing! It even customizes workouts around an injury for you.

Update: App is not progressive. Still on week 2+. Does not add glutes to lower body, except 1 day here and there. Even if you choose only glutes for the day, it goes to full body. Cannot add weight to programmed weightless movements. Cannot change the plan settings without it completely wipping your progress. Still no nutritional value except a brief explanation of what is good to do. When you manually change the workout, it resets the available equipment.

This app is inflexible and difficult to use. You cannot change the days for your work outs. It just assigns days. The workouts it assigned me are very easy body weight workouts even though I said I was a intermediate level and have access to a full gym. When I tried to enter a custom work out, it still gave me exercises and it was frustrating to swap out the exercises. I did not see any AI featured. The workouts was very cookie cutter. Just ask ChatGPT for a workout. I don't recommend this app.

I am not where I want to be yet, but I feel stronger, I am motivated again to be in the gym, and I have received compliments on my appearance. 3 stars: (1) aligning your body with the body scanner is quite challenging, (2) crazy lbs sometimes, (3) repeat messages to renew membership when I paid for a 1-yr subscription, (4) inability to see purchase history in the app or on website, (5) no way to see the usual profile/account/billing info. Or, am I missing where this is?

Really enjoy this app! Awesome for beginners like myself who aren't sure how to put a routine together. Only thing I would change is allowing to skip or personalize the rest times. My heart rate slows so much with the long rest time between exercises and I can't skip them. Would be nice to be able to modify or skip when ready to start the next exercise

Meant to post a review a while ago about features needed and never did. The last update covered the biggest concern about replacing an exercise in the list. Fantastic addition. It still isn't perfect, but it is worth the purchase. I already worked out and was a decent build. I knew a lot of exercises, but it's easy to get stuck in a routine. This mixes it up and cycles in exercises you forget about or just fail to include, which is great for getting over plateaus and working less worked groups.

App works pretty well. It doesn't divide the splits well. I.e. keeps giving me chest and biceps and I have to manually select back and triceps.... And the girl demonstrating the exercises has terrible form. But if you have a little knowledge already, know how to lift and just don't want to put together a program, this is perfect.
