Just downloaded the app and signing up for the first time. And verification is full everywhere AS PART OF THE SIGN UP PROCESS and not allowing me to do anything - the verification itself is not working. I have not even successfully registered or seen the interface. As a software engineer myself you guys got this part wrong - push document verifications etc to later in the app. Anyway na to continue with bamboo for now be that

Keeps rejecting my proof of address... I've posted utitly bills multiple times, cropped, rotated the pictures but to no avail, keeps getting the rejection notification, and it meets all the requirements... I've even had to take a photo of it with my digital camera to make sure it's a clear but it still keeps getting rejected... Address is included, not older than 3 months and it's clear and visible... I don't know what more they want me to do...

My experience with account funding and processing has been horrible in recent times. Initially, it took 48 hrs to process payment(and that delay sucks), but now, six days after payment, my account has not been credited! Message was that Payment was unsuccessful! You people have seized my money for 6 days! If you can't process it, then please return my money! I I am tired with this sub-par service.

App filled with terrible experience and delayed transactions, they say it takes 2 business days to make deposits and withdrawals, but end up taking more days with no tangible explanations why.
