2023-08-19 | P V | It wont work, just a black screen. Restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, nothing worked. We tried on my wife's phone and mine. Not NASA technology... I hope. (Samsung S23 Ultra and S22)
2023-03-18 | Noah Klayman | Does a very poor job of detecting if you are actually in the space center or not, making it very difficult to get or view tour reservations.
2022-12-28 | Kiran Kunigiri | AR doesn't even work. The app also keeps forgetting that I already booked a tram tour and I have to keep refreshing page.
2022-12-26 | Lucas Davis | Stuck on asking for location permission on Android. You cannot choose an option, the app freezes. Everyone in the party tried it on their phones. Same results.
2022-11-08 | S Atkins-Steel | Continously crashing and the virtual queues simply aren't for for purpose. It needs significant investment for the price paid for entry it honestly affected our experience at the space centre. Lining up each time it crashed to make sure we still had our slot.
2022-11-06 | Yogesh Kurle | I reserved tram tours in the app several times, and every single time it disappeared before the scheduled time of the tour. Faulty and useless app.
2022-10-20 | David Carr | This is a pretty terrible app, but you need it if you want to do tram tours. If you happen to look for one when they're all booked for the time slot (which you cannot choose, the time slot is based off the time you are actually pressing the button) you get a blank screen telling you tram reservations are unavailable and that's it. If you happen to get one, In order to check on the time that's left before your tour you have to restart the app because it never refreshes. Pure Awesome!
2022-09-24 | Andrew Enoch | App must be forced closed and reopened to see your que status for a tram ride. You also can't sign up for both rides until the other is over, despite the wait. You can't book admission for veterans on the app. Aren't there engineers at NASA. It should be a simple algorithm if they can put people on the moon.
2022-09-11 | Simon Barke | Horrible app experience. Constantly forgets that I'm within the visor center. Doesn't show virtual queue times. And doesn't seem to be compatible with latest Android versions. (I had to grant location permissions manually through the settings app.) If you can land probes on Mars you surely can program a better app! 😩
2022-09-05 | Leandro Coronel | Horrible experience with this app. Everything about this app sucks. Downloading, installing, using it, booking your tram, checking the status of your tram booking, getting notified, everything. A complete disaster. I don't understand how NASA designs such malfunctioning app. Nothing about it is good, not a single piece. Not only for me but for everyone at NASa, a complete chaos. This ruins the experience of visiting NASA. |
