2021-05-09 | Steve Jankiewicz | Perfect to get additional information about this mighty ship.
2020-11-15 | Jacks | Gets me lost. I was better off without it. It was difficult to navigate with this app. Couldn't find things on the map they were describing, or wasn't sure if I was at the right place. I uninstalled it right away!
2020-04-04 | A Google user | Not sure what other people are talking about, app runs fine for me
2020-01-23 | A Google user | Worthless. Buggy, slow, unresponsive, a totally useless app. This historical classic deserves far better. Don't waste your time downloading this app
2019-12-31 | A Google user | Did not function for any of the tours. We had three phones trying to run the app while aboard the USS Iowa, 2 users couldn't get to any of the tours, while I managed to get of the tours to work. However, none of the audio files would play anything at the few stations that sort of worked. So, we deleted the app and went old school: reading the signage and listening to the docents. Great museum, frustrating app.
2019-11-03 | A Google user | Refused to work when at museum, lotsa broken media
2019-08-22 | A Google user | Very disappointing app. Doesn't support using an earbud or headset, and insists that you hold the phone up to your ear, which is awkward and won't let you take photos. Pauses constantly and won't play at loud enough volume to hear. Freezes repeatedly and can't keep track of where you are on the ship. The USS Alabama app is simple, but far more functional.
2018-11-15 | A Google user | I might never be able to get to the ship I can always take a tour here
2018-04-03 | A Google user | Every time I tried to use the app, it crashed, so I was not able to take advantage of its features while I was at the museum.
2018-04-03 | A Google user | I'd give this app a better rating if I could, but it would crash almost immediately on launch. I'm sure it had a lot of interesting information, if only I could have actually used it! |
