Nils Seppanen		 Got app to try to contact customer service. Doesn't do anything upon starting. The website 404s when you try to start a return. Need to return case because it doesn't fit my phone. When I ordered I didn't realize the s10 5g wasn't the same size as the s10. Wish you guys had an s10 5g case because I was really excited about this case. I had one on my old pixel for over 2 years and it was solid. Good product bad app/website.

Abdullah Al-Maliki		 Horrible products and customer care doesn't exist. I bought screen protector and a case from this company and after a waist height the front and back glass were broken. It offers ZERO protection to your phone. I tried to contact them and they never got back to me. Stay away from these clown company.

Darick Pash		 Long term review. So I purchased a cover for my new Samsung note 9 in Dec 2018. $39.99 I really like the look. Easy to install.. The sides have grippers and the phone buttons work well when installed. All the cut outs are well placed for charger, stylus pen, and audio jack. Unfortunately the protection it offers is where the cover falls short. As all of us know, we drop our phone on occasion and I am now the proud owner of a note 9 with cracks on the upper right and lower left corners. Sad

Kathy Llanos		 Do not, I repeat do not buy any of these products! The screen protector that comes with the phone is better than this. It is not case friendly. The edges bubble up and won't stay down. I followed the instructions but it did not help. I bought 2 and threw them in the trash after the first few days because it was already falling off. And now customer service wants to just give me 50% off of another horrible product. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
