| 2024-06-06 |  | | If you have an app exclusive drop, the app needs to work. All the items weren't showing, I know because I checked out the preview, and then during check out it said the items couldn't be shipped to my address but worked when I re entered my address exactly the same. |

| 2020-08-20 |  | | Used the app today to get Celine and it was glitchy. Once the countdown was up, nothing appeared for the new collections for a couple minutes. Once they did load, I added the celine footie to my cart and the whole app closed. Reopened and was then able to check out. Fortunately, the footies don't typically sell out instantly. But I would be scared to use the app on a patoo or cribsheet release in case that happens again and I miss the item I really want. |
