After contacting customer service, I was told my credit card was the issue. However, my bank confirmed that the card was working perfectly. They told me that the hat club didn't accept the money. I tried again, but the order was cancelled once more. Eventually, I gave up and successfully purchased the hat from another store using the same cardit card. |
