I can never enter draws/ raffles without uninstalling then installing, trying different browsers. Customer support is non existent, I reach out all the time and get.... crickets.

Shoe raffles are practically a scam! Feature is a decent shoe retailer, nothing special or unique about it. But if you sign up for a shoe raffle they can (according to them) and will charge your cards and ship it to you MONTHS after the raffle ended and the release happened. And they'll do this with shoes sitting in their warehouse, the ones that can be found below retail elsewhere.
