I've placed one order, & the items were delivered the other day. Shoppers, please note that shipping can take a while (up to several weeks). I took one star off for their jewelry selection, Charming Charlie was famous for their unique jewelry in every shade imaginable (PLEASE BRING BACK), not anymore plus the prices are pretty steep. |

| 2023-07-13 |  | | The app is...okay. It's nice to use if you're just browsing, but I could never log in to my account after typing my password. Ironically, it's the only way I can save favorite items or upload my information at checkout. The website is easier to log into; they just email you a passcode. Plus, I tried to search for "satchels" in the app's search bar but only got one result. The app's only good for window shopping. Use the website if you really want to access your account information. |
