2024-12-16 | Icai | Horrible outdated app can't auto sync with phone calendar. If the company I work at is not forcing everyone to use this app, I'd rather use other app like Dayforce. And stop asking about how my shift was. The last thing I want to do after finish my work is being asked about my work and spend more time thinking about the work.
2024-10-16 | Robyn Wilson | still cant get to the notifications page , that pops up to me ehen they send a urgent or otherwise notifications , just cant get back there to re read it...painful
2024-10-08 | Anon Null (Snazzy) | Too many issues. Worst issue: Time off area is preventing people from EASILY using pto or using it at all.
2024-09-17 | Sean Manns | Half the people I work with can no longer use the app since the last update made their phones not comparable.
2024-08-31 | Jason | Just three issues I've come across, 1. The calendar file, Tanda use to send a roster ics file but now it has become more sporadic in sending the file. 2. There is no comments section connected to the rostered shift eg. Foul clean up - Location - Type. 3. "How was your last shift?" Has limited options, such as "Highly busy", "Fire Alarm"
2024-05-28 | Teresa Matt | The app wasn't notifying me when shifts were getting released or if there was a shift I could cover. I restarted the app and it started working, but only for a bit over a month before it went back to not notifying me. This is so sad because I can only get a shift at my work by claiming them before someone else as they mass release shifts for a couple of weeks. Please fix this issue
2024-05-06 | Grey Mocha Latte | The app often fails to preform it's most basic functions. As an example, while on the same wifi network (91 mbps), I can clock out for a 30 minute break, try to clock back in and instead have the app process me clocking back in for 6 minutes. Then after processing that clock me out of work entirely, instead of clocking me back in. The message function will provide a notification but there are no messages. The list goes on but I only have 500 characters.
2023-10-15 | Bien Le | I left Deputy because its app was a mess. On first impression Tanda doesn't seem to fare much better. Quite a bit of bugs. - The app icon does not show after installed. I have to run the app by going to Play Store. - After clicking on a shift to see details, if you click back, the shifts disappear. - Not much recent response from the company on Play Store after negative reviews. Let's see how it goes.
2023-02-07 | RainbowRozzy | So buggy. The program tanda is mostly fine and functional, but the app is almost useless. Staff find it slow to load and move between pages in the app, the features and functionality is terrible. Our whole team would rather just go to the effort of turning on the computer instead of using the app. It's very clunky and almost unfunctional.
2022-12-19 | James Perkins | Takes 10 minutes+ to load the app on a 5g network or with stable wifi. Changing pages takes another 10+ minutes. Going to the 'apps running' screen then returning to the app takes another 10+ minutes to reload the page that you never left to begin with. If these sound like exaggerations, it's because it got to the point where I initially said it as an exaggeration then actually timed it and sometimes took 25 minutes to clock in, prompting why I was late to work. Free is still overcharging for it |
