Would've helped to get a pop-up confirming multiple near-by locations (which I did receive in my 2nd order - which BTW they were out of stock 😒). We'll see how the experience goes the rest of the way... | |

I received a voucher that said it expired the the next day. Apparently that actually meant midnight that night. I have never seen a coupon work that way. Customer service is more interested in blaming the user than correcting the issue. | |

Placed an order only to find out after the fact that they only offer carryout and no delivery. Wouldn't have ordered had I known it was ONLY for carryout. Deleted app. Won't recommend. It always defaults to paypal, which I don't have, so I always have to go in and change it. Submitted a ticket about this once, figured it was a bug. 2020-01-06 | A Google user | Easy to use to order. My one complaint is on the payment side. You can't edit the name of a card after adding it or set a default payment option. To avoid accidentally paying with a corporate card, it would be nice to have one card as a default unless specifically changed v. defaulting to whatever card was last used. Quick customer service when it does get messed up, but would be nice to make it harder to mess up. | |
2019-12-24 | A Google user | I'm actually really glad I was told about this app. It makes looking for local food places easy and food ordering even easier. I usually don't like eating out and enjoy the comfort of my own home so ordering, picking it up and then heading back to work or home being as seamless as it is, is extremely convenient. I only wish the app kept track of what I ordered and if I liked it because sometimes I keep ordering the same thing, forgetting that I didn't enjoy it that much. | |

Also to collect points particularly on improvement, it just goes to a page that says help, No link or instructions. However, I've been noticing that some restuarants turn their status to offline during peak hours (lunch time), this kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app. This is just aggervating when I put my order together, and the next thing you know the restaurant is unavailable. | |

2019-07-30 | A Google user | Way too many notifications. Even when you turn off "marketing notifications" it's still sending me emails and notifications to my phone. This is really, really annoying. So, if you want to order ahead this might be okay, but it comes with a cost. Additionally, the times that it suggests your food will take to be prepared are really long. It routinely tells me my food will be ready in 15-20 minutes. In 15 minutes, I could be at the restaurant, get my food, be back at my office, and half-way through lunch. |
