It'd be nice to actually tell the users who use the app when OUR TICKETS WILL EXPIRE. Is it difficult to give us a countdown? I know it's not difficult to bombard us with ads everytime we try to snap. Doing the web things aren't that annoying to do, at least for me. You can stack up a good amount in the spam of 10 minutes. |

Gone. And now I just did ANOTHER mission app, and it won't give me my tickets. Imagine you are trying to solve math problems and you are being barraged by ads, and require tickets for each problem which are acquired by.... you guessed it... watching more ads. After canning my homework is asked if a totally unrelated question was an "exact match", NOT EVEN CLOSE! It's easier to just solve the problem yourself. This does NOT save time, instead makes math homework WORSE. |

They also offer a pop-up where it says its gone in 60 seconds even though it popped up a month ago. You are also limited to ONE QUESTION per day, not until you watch ads. The ads are disruptive. I came here for an explanation to my math question, not all of this. |

I just get white screens, even their micro transaction screens a plain white. It has essentially broke for me. I don't know how to fix it and I've tried every way I know. It could be because I'm on Samsung but I don't know. Just saying, fix it. |

"Our authentic AI tech will auto-recognize the photo scanned problem and solve all your math homework! The best part is, AIR MATH is all FREE." Which would be cool if the AI didn't suck and they didn't charge for everything besides the sign up. |

After this terrible update, I can't even scan a problem without them asking me to buy annual tickets. This is bs, I have 0 tickets and no idea how to even gain tickets without paying. |

I put in 2 separate questions, one at a time, for a calc 3 assignment and it just recommended some questions that had nothing to do with the ones I submitted. It used both of my free "searches" and kept prompting me with predatory monthly plans saying things like "there's only a few spots left, act now". Not everybody can pay to get help and it sucks that I literally can learn it now. Even if you put like 3 free ask tutor tickets for check-ins in that would be amazing and I would be able to learn and be able to understand better. Please make this app more accessible to students who do t have the money. |
