2023-05-27 | Vanessa Magner | I absolutely love this app...it has helped me in so many ways! I haven't felt like this in years...even family and friends have noticed the change. It's hard to put into words how truly grateful I am, this app has helped give my life back! Though the premium version isn't nearly as expensive as others, even the free version is incredibly helpful!.. Stop endlessly scrolling for the best app...it's right here!
2022-06-13 | Oka | It's a good app, I've had this for 2 years (used it on and off) but the downside is that it doesn't save your journal entries. I mean, I've been writing so many journal entries, and when I go to my journal log, none of them are there; all it says is, "no journals logged yet". It's a bummer. I would really like to review and look over all my past entries, but evidently, I can't. :-\
2021-11-19 | Trulinda Perrin | So far so good. I've definitely seen improvements in areas. I have only completed on lesson and almost finished with the second so haven't explored the app much else yet. If there was something I would change so far is if wanting to hear the first audio information on whichever part of check in your on in the lesson you have to quit and restart otherwise I haven't found a way to go back to hear or review it again. Only the bullet points it makes for u on the recap however I am recording more
2021-08-03 | Emily Sanders | I was skeptical when I first installed this app. I waited awhile to try different betterment paths before leaving a review. Usually coaching/better-yourself apps and books do nothing for me and feel like a waste of time. I expected this app, especially since it's free, to be no better. I was genuinely surprised by how impactful and helpful this app was, and how the change was almost immediate. I recommended it to 2 friends and it's been helping them too.
2021-07-29 | Bumbly | I'd been using this app since early beta, and had a grandfathered account with all the perks. I had a problem with the app not showing my correct account status, cleared my cache, and lost my progress. I contacted support and they said I now have to pay for the app no way to get my free stuff back. Shame. I had tons of journals and quite a few courses going, now I can't see any of them. It was a very poor way to handle someone who has put so much time and effort into testing your app out. Gone.
2021-05-15 | Phillip Kramer | The methods used are novel yet effective. There is a nice focus on applying mindfulness in meaningful ways. I'm working in not procrastinating, and I appreciate that I can specify what feelings and problems I have with procrastination. I also like personal evaluations such as a psychology report and goals. The inclusion of journals and rescue sessions are a nice inclusion. Very nice app, I've had it for a week and I'm excited to see where it takes me.
2021-05-14 | Nemesis Authority | If I do a rescue and it doesn't seem to work, I run through parts of it in my mind while doing some deep breathing exercises, and/or I will go through the rescue again. I find my anger can flare up to where sometimes the rescue needs to be reinforceds. I like questions throughout the app. On rare occasions the questions might not apply in a way that I can recognize. These too can also be meditated on, or perhaps written about in app journals. The journeys are fun, and very effective.
2021-02-03 | Chelsea Youell | I very much enjoy this. Most mental health apps pressure you to pay money for extra resources or help. This one does not. It offers many different free excercises based on your personal mental health needs. It is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Probably one of my favorite mental health apps I've used so far. I look forward to using it everyday.
2021-01-31 | Ray Barrie | I've been using this app for a couple days and I really like it. However, it was glitching really badly so I uninstalled and reinstalled it since I'm signed in with my email and the app said signing in would save my data. It saved my test scores, wellness report, selected journeys... but all my journals are gone and I'm a bit bummed about that.
2021-01-06 | Coopa Troopa_12 | This app so far has been great, it has a very neat and fun looking interface and is overall fairly easy to use. The best part is, its free! There are plenty of journeys to take and they dont take very long. I really enjoy how you can choose whether you want the trxt version instead of the audio version. The only gripe I have is that it can be a little confusing on what activities you are supposed to do and when you are supposed to do them. It might help to add a little timeline of all the tasks. |
