I have been billed lo g after I cancelled on the app. It's been since August that I cancelled and they billed my insurance for September, October, November, and December. Despite reaching out to billing, I keep being sent an automated response. Interestingly enough All the past transcripts in the app are no where to be found. Fraud |
| 2024-01-18 |  | | When you sign up they tell you it'll take 1-2 days to be paired with a team. Signed up on the 4th, all forms filled/ waiting & by the 15th I was still hanging on. I decided to cancel because they were taking WAY longer than they said they would (saying one day and then taking almost 2 weeks to even give me anyone to talk to, really?). The support person in app terminated my account, can't access the msg to see about my refund and now waiting for an email about 3 days for a reply lmao awfullll. |
