Next I have to request the code is send via email and phone number. After inputting the code from my email, Im asked to input my phone number. Over the years the app has improved through series of updates which makes it very flexible and easy to understand for new users, but the challenge is that the referral plan has not been working efficiently and effectively. On speaking with customer services over three days to be suddenly told that there are restrictions without any information except the Payment Partners have restrictions is not helpful. If this can be sorted and not happen every few months I would recommend otherwise I would not download. |

The fee is also managable compared to other crypto wallets which can go up to RM2 when you are selling RM100. To add, this app is regulated by the Malaysian Security Commission which adds another layer to my trust in this app as a Malaysian. |
