I am very much disappointed ☚ī¸,I wish I could give you guys 0 star cus the functionality of the app and customer service is very very bad.I made a transaction and it failed but nothing was reversed and if I reach out to customer it takes forever to get a reply from them 😡

I am not one to rate apps, but I must say, I am flustered by the genuinity of this app, I've been using this app for more than a year, and we've gone through a lot together 😂😂😂, yes my money has vanished without explanation countless number of times 😂😂😂, but most recently, all you need to do is to write a simple report, and you will be refunded, in cases of failed transactions.... This is beautiful, the app has gone a long way from where it started. Keep up the good service!!!

I don't have any bad experience about the app for now, from the few days I've been using it I think 🤔 it's okay both the network, and I love how the menu is. but what I'm curious to know is how much I can be able to have in wallet so that I don't get blocked or have any issues because I've tried checking if I could see were it's been written but couldn't find it 🤷

This app is frustrating. I have credited my account twice this month and was debited from my bank app but on this bill point app it hasn't reflected. The customer service is terrible. No reply for over a month now. It's bad for business. Please this issue should be resolved quickly

Best there data always last 30 days, even when buying data, airtime , other and it was cancelled and u were debit they will refund within 1 minutes. But my problem is after purchasing higher data they will say u can purchase 100 Naira or 500

This app is a fraudulent app, I have trusted this app, but all of a sudden, they scammed me 36,000 naira which I transferred to the app to pay bills and buy data. It was written pending and they deducted the money from my balance, all of a sudden, they blocked my account. I tried to contact the customer care, but you will never receive any response... Scammers

So annoying. I created this account, but each time I transferred to it, logging in becomes a problem. All I will keep getting it Notification to that something went wrong. Kindly open the app for me to use the money I sent in there.

This app is just useless. They will change the account number you can easily fund to do whatever you want to do, without any prior notice. The network is also bad. I don't know what propelled me to opening an account with them sef.

Describing billpoint from the signing up stage to the user interface was seemless and was successful 🌟, then to the offers available for Data services especially MTN, I give 🌟🌟 and the soothing and seemless user-friendly interface, I give 🌟, but it lost the last 🌟 because when I tried to exit immediately after sign up, it took me to the last action before signing up which denotes that it's AI is fairly optimal. That's my honest review 🧏
