1. Inventory
You can check inventory on your mobile phone. We support pre-set purchase orders to prevent deviations in price and arrivals. We support shelf life and batch management, and provide inventory warnings for low inventory, high inventory, etc.; We support multiple warehouse management, and you can set your items in multi-specification, multi-unit, and multi-price.
2. Invoicing
No need to type manually, scan the QR code to automatically fill in the name, picture, price, and other product information. intelligently calculate the profit of this order; support single product, whole order percentage discounts, direct discount deductions; support the sales model of deposit collection. It supports ultra-remote billing, direct printing without connecting to a computer, supports mainstream document formats such as triplex, A4, and receipts, and supports settings to add the address, phone number, pictures, LOGO, and other information.
3. Account recon ciliation
The documents can generate pictures, PDF files, and small programs, and share them with customers for reconciliation with one click; it supports basic information management such as customer classification, points, arrears, phone addresses, etc., and can set different product prices for different customers. The app is good but it's very expensive to subscribe. Both for basic and for premium. Also I don't understand why I'm seeing Chinese language everywhere inside the app. I'll have to delete it, so I don't get used to the app (after 14days free) and borrow money to subscribe. Good luck!
