| 2024-11-30 |  | | Hi, I wasn't able to cancel my free trial subscription on June 10, 2024 because my phone got damaged by its lcd and it took me a month after to buy a new phone and when I got it, I've noticed on my newly installed banking app that I've been charged on July 5, 2024 the whole year subscription to this app that worth PHP 1,700. Can't it be just for a month first? I barely use the app and now I have a yearly subscription. I badly need that money for my tuition. |

With your mobile phone, you can access and edit almost all kinds of documents like you do with your PC. Most annoying, it never remembers my page setup for new docs and then when I copy txt into new doc, it adds extra lines between the text so I spent a lot of time removing them. The handling of picts and formatting paragraphs also got more challenging- I often struggle to get simple things done. Fix it or I will not renew |
