| 2024-12-01 |  | | I haven't experienced any issues with the app working, but the presets and color options are very limited. I dislike that you can't have multicolored options that don't flash or change. |
| 2023-12-10 |  | | 12/9/2023 - I was hesitant to purchase the tree knowing all the issues with the app. For the price the price the tree is a great deal alone. It can control 90% of the colors from the button on the controller. I download the app before I set up my tree and was unable to get it to open or work at all. Would crash at the splash/loading screen. After I had my tree plugged in and turned on the app started working fine. No issues so far. |

As far as the solid colors - there are colors in the pattern settings you can't get!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! Why advertise all of these colors when you can't even have them - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! |

| 2022-11-30 |  | | This thing absolutely sucks. We purchased a tree from Amazon from the company called Costway. The tree is great and it has great preprogramed settings. But, it does not work with a smartphone. The manufacturer who made the tree is a company called GoFlame. If you are expecting their trees to work with a smartphone app. You will be disappointed.🤔😬😵💫😒 |

| 2022-11-27 |  | | Zero stars! I am so frustrated and pissed off right now that I cannot get the lights on my tree to work. I bought the tree last year and it seemed to work fine then, but now, nothing. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and even tried going into settings like was said in some of the other reviews to change the permissions and nothing at all is working! Any ideas of anything else to try that has worked for others? I sent an email to the listed app developer. UGH! |
