Hi, this is not what I was looking for, I accidentally purchased the subscription and then immediately cancelled it after it charged me (this was back in July, it didn't occur to me to contact you through here until now, I think I tried contacting you through the 'contact support' button in the app at the time, but never gotten a reply). As you can see I never used the subscription at all, I immediately cancelled it after I was charged, so could I please have a refund? Thank you.

Why? Who thought not giving the phone the ability to remove this was a good idea? I NEVER WANTED TO HAVE THIS, AND THE PERSON WITH THE BLOODY TV HAS ALL CONTROL OVER MY PHONE, JUST ADD THE ABILITY TO REMOVE THIS, WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS AT ALL A GOOD IDEA?
