What a stupid way to get people not to play your game.... giving them lives. Id much rather pay a subscription then have to buy lives. Other than that the concept is OK but waiting for lives in principle makes me want to uninstall

Needs career mode with some 120+ different players with personalities. There could also be 64 tiered tournaments with a grand slam and year end championship mode (those being the hardest events to play). Each tournament has seedings [your best playing event(s) for each draw] and rankings (your best 25 results in the career). A chess winter and summer olympics every 4 years would be nice (remember that the Summer Olympics come first and the Winter comes two years later or vice versa). Thank you.

I'm giving it 3 stars because although it's a pretty good app for chess, runs smoothly and you can play offline as well, and by the looks of it, it has hundreds if not thousands of puzzles and games to play while playing through the puzzle section. Where it falls short 2 stars is alot of the puzzles are mostly just full on chess games either starting from the beginning, middle game or end game. Basically they aren't really puzzles at all, just normal chess matches.

Update: the constant interruption of telling me I've made a mistake is jarring enough that I can't play this game, anymore. Especially considering that I ignored the offer to take back a move and was able to capture the Queen. Great concept! There needs to be a level-related reward for getting to each level, like a new board or a new set of pieces. At the very least some aesthetic theme related to the levels as they are on the map. Keep up the good work!

It doesn't have any individual tips or special sort of training or anything, but I use this along with other chess apps. The skill I have in the last year taking this up as a hobby is night and day. only negative is sometimes the computer levels will be really tough later on, and that's fine. However after losing a couple times it clearly scales down the level where the cpu has ridiculous blunders. Like blunders a player with 1000elo would make.

It's a good game but they say new levels every week... Not true.. last update was Nov.. I got a challenge to reach lvl 200. I can't because there isn't any content on level 198.. Been waiting 4 weeks now and still no new levels.. I like this game alot because it teaches also but I think that if it's advertised New lvls weekly then that should be honored.. Or... Stop advertising it and people won't expect it or be irritated by being falsely marketed...

Was very good in the beginning. Made a move and the computer has not responded at all. It seems to be stuck in "thought mode"! Used a take back move helper to try the same move again yet same result! Would give a higher rating if this didn't keep happening! Count down timer for lives is way off! Takes hours for a single life to regenerate while it is supposed to one every 30 mins!!! So busted, plz fix....

The game is good but few features like mistake preventer is irritating. Also sometimes the game gets stuck as opponent makes no move forcing the player to forfeit the match. The good thing about the app is it teaches you how to make good moves in particular situation.

The devs say in another review that "sooner or later everyone will pass all the levels, even very weak player". No way. Unless you cheat you will reach your skill ceiling very quickly, completely unable to go past that. At ~1300 rating that's lvl 65. Also the latest updates give chests based on stars/lvls. Existing players didn't get anything for their previous progress. Includes pure gambling (slots)with paid gems and skewed spin the wheel. I enjoyed it while it lasted, which wasn't very long..

⬛UPDATE ON NEWEST VERSION: Unplayable and seems like there is a graphic filtering problem; similar to what user's complain about with Miniclip's 8-ball pool. I am playing the game via Google Cast with my family and cannot get past Level 2's Tactic puzzle. The quickest fix I can find is to uninstall the game! ⬛REPLY TO THE DEVELOPER: ⚫That is a very unprofessional response to someone who may in fact dislike your app but have you thought about this? ➡A. No matter my viewpoint, I bought out the time to give detail-oriented suggestions to improve it. Have you thought about it that way? Who would do that despite rating any app so poorly? ➡B. Understandably, most users would just uninstall it and move on with their life! Yet, I did not do that but chose to still give back; even offered to be your beta-tester. ➡C. Just so you know, I also installed your app on my cell phone solely used for my educational, behavioral, and hospitality service volunteer agency I founded in 2002. Why did I do that? Just in case you allow me to be a beta-tester, I will be ready and continue to be a man of my word in helping you out as a developer and our dear Android, Google Play Store community. Wow! What true character, one may say! We do not have many people like this these days. ➡D. Remember, you are the one who needs players to play your app; not the other way around. ⭐➡E.We have literally thousands of chess games to play with different combinations there-in! With that being stated, please remember to be cordial to your users. Remember, the customer/user is always right (don't you forget this)!😉 ➡F. Lastly, I may decide to up the rating depending on how you take my suggestions and those from the others'. ⚫By the way, you should take away the option of risking your score (at least having it as an option perhaps; I restarted my levels, because I felt as if I were cheating). Haha! ⚫Needs a chess tour. The ranking system is already there. There can be the junior circuit (100 computer players that are beginners but at the competitive level), pro-am (150 computer players, including the top 20 players from the juniors), professional (250 players), and masters (300 players with their own individual AI strength and tactics: Casual, defensive, aggressive, offensive, crafty, tactical/technical/nerdy, come-from-behind, match-toughness, winning the match but cannot defend it when up in a game or in a round robin type of players, etc.). The rounds can be 8 players for the smallest events (75 points), 32 players for a large event (250 points), 64 players for a larger event with more points and the title on the line (500 points), 128 players (2000 points) for the grand events where the players play at the "Grand Slam" of chess madness, and there can be a year-end championship where the top 8 players can duke it out for the championship (1500 points, round-robin format until the semi-finals knockout rounds). There can be several cups to see which area plays the best (can be for just the cup or points also; might be best to mix-up some of these events with those options). So, these suggestions will already keep the game as it is but will also feature a comprehensive ranked chess career tour that a human player can play to test what they have learned in training and see if that same training would equate to winning points and titles.😆👍
