| 2024-10-22 |  | | Excellent customer service. I ran into an issue during my gameplay where my mine lagged out and I couldn't add any troops to it. After I put in a ticket via the settings it was fixed within a week. It took around 2 to 4 days for an initial email. But thats understandable with a single developer. Then after the first response didn't fix it, they communicated extremely effectively and turns out it was a problem on my end. Lol. So I was told how to fix it. I was going to rate this game 4, now a 5. |

I had lots of strategy I want to try so I start over w new names and such. I'm just being honest w some people and then u get accused of cheating. Better not to interact w people - this is a game that taught me not to trust. They just don't make markets like they used to, I can't find any other game like this, and tos even allows multiplayer back then. |

I have 2 devices; one phablet on which Resources runs liquid smooth, and a bottom of the line, throwaway phone, and the game runs just as good on that. Immersive gameplay, Great community, great developer/updates, and support 8 YRS LATER Resources has players worldwide and gets regular updates with email support, an active community, online auctions and trading with a real market system, advancements, and achievements. Spend cash for extras that can be obtained with little patience and some walking shoes. Defending is really easy as the mines aren't destroyed quickly. Still lots of room for new entrepreneurs to drop mines everywhere 3rd time around, and I am surprised how much better it is. Good job Developer! |

I am always having trouble when I have to re-log into the game with my Google account, but it never works even though it has always worked in the past. The game says there's something wrong on MY end, but I know that can't be true since I have used that same account for many other apps in the past. Please fix this bug before I lose all my factories... again. |

As a clicker, it provides the satisfaction of incremental upgrades and expansion. I love the game because I can be efficient with resource allotment, but I am getting held back on potential resources not being able to open the game. Has been fixed! |

But there are a few areas that could use some help. For one, street names; they are TINY. No matter how much you zoom in, the street and names stay in proportion to the zoom level. So you need a magnifying glass at zoom level 10 and 1. Second, when the app closes out due to a phone call, you have to reload the entire thing upon opening it again. |
