| 2024-11-01 |  | | DON'T USE THIS APP!!! I've been happily using Gleeo for years. But I woke up today and lost ALL my data. I tried installing backups, but nothing is working. I went to their website, and there's NO customer service option for getting help with a problem. Obviously, I'll start using another app, but that won't replace the data I lost. |

It's been indispensable for many years now; unfortunately, I simply can't justify a monthly subscription for software that doesn't have any inherent recurring costs (e.g. storage space on their server). I would gladly pay $10 or so for each major version of an app like this every few years, and they recently had a revision that *should* have been released as a separate, new version. |
| 2023-03-02 |  | | Thsi app is a life saver for me in construction where I have to account for what I do and on what projects. I gave it a 4 star because it does have some oddities. It seems to eb improving on each upgrade. They DO NOT update on a daily basis as Google apps do WHICH I GRATELY APPRECIATE. I have one mileage tracking app that fails if the phone restarts. This app DOES NOT do that! IE, if you have the timer running, the phone restarts, once you are back in the app, its NOT lost its place. Grate |

If you want to see exactly where your time is going, Gleeo is an easy way to do it. Update Jan 2019 - still using this app every day. Love it. Update Oct 2022 - Still using it. The new version is very good and fixed a minor point or two on the old version I was running on Android 8.0. On Android 12 now and like the current version of Gleeo even better. |

I've tried a bunch of apps, and this is the best free app. The web app w/subscription is OK. Cons: The backup/restore of settings does't work, so moving to a new phone is manual. The phone-web sync feature is hard to set up. The web app and sync are clunky. Documentation is hard to understand. Once set up, sync works reliably, but slow. Overal: Best time tracking app. |

A little difficult to navigate at first but after a quick over night response from the Gleeo team I found the tutorial site and that explained everything. Works seamlessly with my tablet and to top it off it's free, go figure you can't pay some of these guys to get it close to this and with almost no permissions. Great app guys keep up the good work and I will be looking forward to they next update. (Update - just keeps getting better) |
| 2021-09-08 |  | | Love this app. I use it to track time across multiple projects for job-costing purposes. The export is good, but I wish you could export INDIVIDUAL projects from the phone, rather than having to export everything over a date range, then extract the data for a single project (set of tasks). Multiple custom tasks are easy per project, and once you setup a custom task structure you can reuse it for new projects. Nice! Some features appear to only be available thru the website. Bummer. |

This is a gorgeous, functional and highly customizable tracker, not to mention it's easy to use and free with no adverts. It does what I need it to do seamlessly. I haven't used much of it, but I'd say the creator knows what they're doing in terms of creating the kind of content they want for this. But I can see the user interface easily confusing many users, and with a countless number of apps all vying for attention, it could become easy to cast this app aside. |
| 2020-12-11 |  | | I like to be able to have all the categories, a timer function and still be able to do manual entry if one forgets to start the timer. The app asked me for an update and it's been a couple of years. I still stand by the app. I used it as a contractor where logging time against tasks was vital. I got hired into a direct hire and it's still very helpful to continue to track where I'm spending my time. It's just getting better! |
