Most of the time stations are either empty or full. Electrical bikes are often out of order. You know when one station is close to be full/empty why don't you manage it properly? |

The bikes are extremely heavy and often in dangerously bad shape (e.g. slippery rubber tires, failing brakes, bent pedals), it is extremely difficult to report issues with bikes through the app, and they lock you out for 10 minutes if you try to get a replacement, empty/full stations are common, customer service is near non-existent, the app takes forever to load, locking the bikes often requires force which is noisy and unreliable.... |

On top of that, they've bought fake reviews to get them to 4 stars. I'd rather wipe my arse with sandpaper than use Bicing again. Sort it out. Get some more bikes and put in some more parking spaces. |

Some areas of the city never have electric bikes and when they do those are marked as out of service. During summer the areas near the sea always either have no bikes or no spots left. Pretty terrible really... |
