I'm deleting the app. UPDATE: Still won't validate, so I deleted the app again. I am not going to bother calling support, playing "phone tag", installing the app again, uninstalling the app, etc... It is too much hassle. |
| 2024-09-06 |  | | I love the idea behind this app but it's still got some things that prevent 5 stars -Constantly get stuck in a log in / verification loop if you also have the Walmart app installed. -If Pharmacy doesn't automatically fill your refill script after your doctor sends it over, you still have to call to have it filled as it will just say 'Refill in progress' for days. -Would also like to see a functionality added to have two primary on the same account to reduce amount of accounts per household. |

I have un-installed, re-installed, cleared cache, and forced stop too many times. I spend longer struggling just to log in than I spend on the phone. Walmart, you are a huge money suck. Putting out a properly working app is not that hard. Would like to see a response to this comment. Maybe just switching to a different pharmacy completely would actually be convenient. |

Seeing all prescriptions in 1 page is confusing, it doesn't even have a sort option that can at least arrange the medications from active to non active. Even 1 time prescriptions are shown among regular ones. |

Please advise how to delete the info already saved, as I don't want my email or cell number saved, and there doesn't seem to be any obvious option to delete my account. |
