Mehernosh Bhathena, 2024-05-13The only thing good I can say about this app is that when I used it to try to get to my hotel at Heathrow, it gave me the times of the TfL bus services, which are far, far cheaper than the Hoppa busses! The Hoppa should cost £10 one way (2 adults + 2 kids) , while the TfL bus was only £1.75 per adult.

Doug Sopp, 2023-04-01Worst bus option ever! Waited nearly an hour, every bus driver says it's not the right bus. I needed H5B to get to my hotel, the driver was adamant about it being the wrong bus. I spoke to the bus behind him who looked at the sign and then said I needed the H5B which I explained he said it's not the right bus. That driver then got out and argued with the first bus til he finally said oh yea I do stop there. Another driver had the wrong display on his sign which was the bus everyone was waiting 4
