Now, I get drivers that cancel on me, or try to rip me off my showing up at the wrong address, waiting and then canceling - leaving me on the hook for the wait time. This needs to be fixed. The worst, they accept rides and take up to 10-15 to start moving and then start messaging you to pay cash and not card as it's better business for them. Or simply ask you to cancel the ride and pay them cash, like I'm accepting your high prices for the security of the app and having the drivers info in case something happens no I don't wanna cancel. 2019-12-08 | A Google user | The App is not currently working as expected in Android. When you request a Taxi the presented state in the UI keeps showing "searching" and never confirms your driver. However, a driver has actually accepted your trip and if you wait you'll get the proper notif and a taxi will be there for your ride. Please fix this inconsistent UI state since it's extremely confusing and you couldn't know the state of the req trip and when you arrive to your dest you can't validate how much to pay either. | |

After that, I thought it was my location but not because, later, I was in another part of the city and it didn't recognize it either. As a result, I uninstalled the app. | |
2019-08-13 | A Google user | Your driver made me wait 10 minutes to even start moving to pick me up, had a bad feeling but app wont let me cancel without a fee. Then decides to move and arrives in 5 mins, drives by while seeing me making gestures to stop, keept the drive going for another 10 minutes so i can't cancell and call another cab. The whole time i cant cancel without a fee, my paypal says the payment to this douche is pending, while your app wont let me report. The worst experience with cabs in my life, terrible app | |
2019-07-23 | A Google user | Terrible customer service. We paid the driver with cash but the app still tried to charge my credit card. I complained about this to the customer service email and they only replied that I have a pending transaction to my credit card. I replied again and they never acknowledged the real problem which is that I PAID THE DRIVER WITH CASH!! They now have stopped replying me and my account is blocked. This happened about 2 weeks ago and I never got any resolution. | |
