| 2024-04-11 |  | | The staff at Blank Street are wonderful and the app is really convenient when it DOES work but the last three times I've used it to buy food the shop is sold out of what I ordered when I arrive. Often the staff offer me a replacement but this results in getting a cheaper pastry or nothing at all and I've never gotten a refund for the difference. If this happened once I wouldn't mind but it adds up and after several times of this happening I won't be using this app to get food anymore. |
