Problems with orders since last update. We used to not be able to order from business that are closed on certain days. Now you don't always see if the business is closed, you can order, pay and get a confirmation. But when it's time for the food to arrive you get a message that the order is canceled. This is not OK! If the business is closed for delivery you should not be able to make an order! This happened atleast twice since the recent update. It's ridiculous!

The app remake is amazing imo, the UI is super smooth, the color scheme is on point, just an amazing app experience overall. Clean, Simple, Quick.

Worked perfectly before the latest update - now the order does not come with a tracker link anymore. This is very inconvenient as often people will be sending this tracker link to housemates, coworkers, or other people who may rely on the delivery in question. Strongly suggest to address this.

UPDATE Nov 2024: I hate the new interface!! Previous orders is now just a list of restaurants; no date or record of what was ordered. Big thumbs down, two stars removed as a result.

No longer able to view or track my order from the orders screen. It immediately takes me to the page of the restaurant i ordered, not the overview of the order. Hope they fix this soon

you offer a 10euro reduction for the first order if ordered through the app and then the app doesn't accept the voucher, gives an error message and the only way to pay is to remove the voucher code. nice!

Several times, cancelled order after waiting more than 1 and half hour. There is no point in refunding and discounts after staying hungry the entire evening. Time to time, no driver is available to pick up my order. When I give 1 star for delivery, it impacts the restaurant's rating rather than takeaway themselves. Takeaway should take responsibility

15-30 min estimated delivery changes to 1h45+ right after paying This is false advertising. They just want my money by convincing me it's going to be quick and then don't care about my delivery experience. The help chat is also useless and they hide support so you can not complain. It's been 1h40 and it's still not being prepared.
