However, after the recent update, the face verification process requires multiple attempts, yet it often fails to verify correctly. This has made the NID download process more complicated for the general public. We kindly request either to bring back the previous user-friendly version or to resolve this issue and make the app more reliable and easy to use. We hope this problem will be resolved soon |
