exactly what I need, I use my running watch outdoors but for treadmill workouts I can calculate the speed I need to set for the workout I plan on doing. I work in miles and my treadmill is in KM, this app takes away confusion and maths, perfect!

The people complaining about the kilometers and miles difference are very confused ๐Ÿ˜•. Ej. If you have to walk 12 miles in 2.5 hours. The app will tell you that you will need to walk at a pace of 12:30m/mi. If you just hit the button and tell the app to calculate kilometers, the initial 12 will still be there, but this time it's talking about 12 kilometers, not 12 miles. So, it will still tell you that to accomplish the 2.5 hrs target ๐ŸŽฏ, you will have to walk at a speed of 12:30k/mi. 12mi=19.3km.
