Very clumsy to use and does not list many of the options required, like the Seniors Card. I was asked to scan a QR code, but have no idea of which QR code or where to scan it from. There is no option to enter my Seniors card number.

Frank Berra, 2024-10-15The number times I logged out from this app then asked to log back in via the website (which also doesn't work) is beyond me now. Two complaints already filed with services Victoria and still the same issue! I am just better off carrying my physical license now. #painful experience with just trying to get in now.
