| 2024-11-27 |  |  | Problematic app. No option to view your password is correct when typing. Also, keeps saying password is wrong, so I'll reset the password. I get in to my child's records, but if I sign out and back in, it again says my password is incorrect. Rinse, repeat. I'm using a password manager so I'm copy and pasting password so it's definitely not an error.. |

Absolutely useless app and I despise that I don't have access to any of my child's information. How am I meant to sign permission slips if I can't even log in? We should not be forced to use something so incompetent and useless. |
| 2023-12-03 |  | | PSA, even after filling everything out online you still have to hand all your id over to reception at school to ve verified, ans.for those Non Australian citizens it is extremely annoying having to have 100 points of id to even sign up with the link I've been sent? There are plenty of non Australian resident parents that now have to take their foreign passport into the school to be verified. Time consuming, inconvenient and totally unnecessary imo. |
