| 2024-11-30 |  | | I do like Stan a lot and I would have a 5 star rating but it not because of the great contents on Stan as they have great movies and TV series,but I do wish they had the real great movies from the 1940's onwards with the great actors and actresses. The reason why I given a 4 stars as it is starting to get expensive to pay each month around the $16.00 area,it might not sound much per month but as a pensioner it starting to get a pricey compared to the others which are still under $10.00. |

There's an error", all while my show is playing perfectly fine, and I can't even select the prompt to dismiss it, so I have to close the entire app to try again. Get your act together, it's a disgrace how much you charge, and how poorly you manage this app |

Netflix and youtube play with no issues and my internet connection test was strong so it's definately a Stan issue. Frustrating as it never used to do this! Will be unsubscribing again. |

| 2024-10-20 |  | | Edit from 1/1/23: Well, nearly 2 years on and the same issues. Sometimes the sound will play with a black screen. Sometimes it starts but then I get the white whirling load page. When I'm casting it to my TV via Chromecast, it's not an issue. The app has been buffering and randomly shutting down all day, despite strong internet connection and good speed. I've tried everything from force stopping, clearing the cache and restarting my phone. Very frustrating. |

Will just sit on a blank screen unable to play anything, or simply won't let you past the initial profile screen. I pay my membership but can't even watch anything. If I could give zero stars I would. |
| 2024-10-17 |  | | All Foxtel apps are currently not working on the new Google TV Streamer 4K. Kayo Sports and Binge are just plain not available to install due to compatibility issues with Android 14 and the Stan app will only stream HD not 4K. |
