Lately, the pick-up time provided before placing an order through the app has been consistently inaccurate. My coffee is always ready 10-15 minutes later than the indicated time, which has eroded my trust in the App timing.

Unable to pay. Whenever I go to pay, the screen turns to white, and nothing happens.

Great idea. Fast and smooth app experience. Built in loyalty card is fantastic. But recently it was updated, and after I make an order I'm spammed with a screen with ads for flight centre,.marly spoon etcetera. I just don't need this. I'd rather pay a small monthly fee than have ads. 5 stars otherwise.

Went to use this for a local business on a new pixel 8 pro. Got to payment and hit with an error. "OR_BIBED_15" I'll just walk up there and hang around outside while they make my food, it's fine. Apps like this are unnecessary and only create roadblocks for the customer in my experience.

I've used Skip before, and it is a great app... when I was on my iPhone. Moving to the Samsung S23 Ultra, Skip crashes everytime when I choose the Facebook login option (which is my primary way to login). Samsung displays an error message of "this app has a bug". Reinstalling and restarting, cache wipe etc doesn't fix it. Please fix this!

Not great. Very few cafes in Sydney are available on it, and I've noticed price discrepancies between cafes' live online menus and the prices on Skip. Only using it because I have voucher codes, but once they expire I wouldn't consider using it again.

When the app works it is great..... unfortunately more than half the time I use it, the app claims the venue is closed and I can't order....so have to order at the venue, which of course is open.

I logged in after a month and noticed that I lost my coffee orders tracking to get my 10th free coffee at a store. I was reset back to 0 coffees. Pressing back button closes the app instead of returning to previous screen. Just horribly built app.

Need to update their security settings so that new users who add multiple payment cards to their profile are not blocked from using the app. It is understandable to block a new user if they are adding a large number of cards (potential scammer), but 3 cards is not a large number. I don't think the barista who helped me sort this out is being paid by Skip to do tech support!
