My wife has iPhone and it says she has to wait 6 hours to sync and has annoying ads. even though our accounts are synced with passphrase and I bought the premium on android, she doesn't get any of the premium features on iPhone. |

I can't add the 2nd child, last update was in September, and they don't seem to respond to emails. Sync link to copy to other device doesn't work either. All of this worked before. It was an awesome app... I really hope they come back and fix it and I would love to give them 5 stars. |

My husband's app works fine and still has her profile, so idk what the heck but fix it please. Love it, it's perfect to keep track of everything. We all have it so we're never confused on how much or what. Update x2: haven't gotten any support for this issue. |

We use meds, temp, growth, diapers, nursing, bath, milestone journals, teeth- and just loaded the app on my new phone to find solid feeding as an option on the feeds- it may have been there for a while, but I just discovered it! All data transferred perfectly from my old phone, so this Momma is happy! 34.5 months and counting! |

After paying for the upgrade, I fully expected to be able to log in with my info and see my kids info, meda, growth charts, potty habit, notes about development and precious moments. EVERYTHING is gone .... I would give it 5 stars, but it sucks to lose this info, especially when I have to record specific things for multiple specialists. |

Just started using it for my 2nd kid in May 2021, everything is great until Nov 24th, 2021, my second baby is gone and the link my partner sent me to sync doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled it didn't work either. Had to pay to get all the features back but now both babies are gone. Contacted customer service 3 times and haven't heard back. Now on Dec 8th, 2021, again data for the past 2 weeks are gone w/o notice. The app broke & nobody is fixing it. |

I have also emailed support about this twice and have yet to receive a reply. On top of learning all the normal stuff I have to track multiple medications and supplements plus ins and outs. this app has been a game changer. So much thanks. The syncing could be improved, im not sure how to manually sync between my husband's tracking and mine. Otherwise zero complaints this app covers everything and more. Thank you again. |
| 2021-01-16 |  | | *Update *. I still use this app, and love that they added the pause button on the widget, but ohhh man does the auto syncing drive. me. nuts sometimes it takes 20-30 seconds!! Love this app, have been using it since the day my son was born. Great way to track all that important, precious data of your little one! And above and beyond customer service. My only request would be to add a "play/continue" button to the widget (I like the one that just has the 3 circles for L, bottle, & R) |
