For a paid app, you'd expect an instrument / taal update once in a while. This version is still running the 1.0 version. Edit: 2 june 24 There are bugs in the app that haven't been fixed, no version updates either. When i switch between taals the player doesn't respond and no matter how many times i restart the app I can't get ektal to work. It's really annoying. |

I have paid 3k for the app and trying to restore it but just not working.. nobody is responding either to the mail seeking support.. refund my 3 k .. it's pathetic service I am frustrated because of this App.. why no one responds.. at least provide a contact number where I can talk to the concerned.. emails go unanswered.. reviews go unresponsive.. waste of money.. |

Like Jhaptaal can't be played with sitar... everytime there is some glitch or what.. but like this so many options aren't working. Please check and solve this asap. Thank you. |

Is there any way I can use it on apple device as I have already bought lifetime subscription. 2. Every time we play ektaal other than gavti raag app stop working. Same issue is with zaaptaal too. 3. In middle of nowhere in practice the app stops working automatically we have to restart after clearing a cache. |

I have to open app again and play other taal. I have tried uninstalling the app several times however the issue is same. Please help me with this bug. |
| 2023-05-06 |  | | As much as I enjoyed this app, a year ago, I'm on the edge of my patience looking at it at the moment. It keeps crashing every time I play Jhaptaal on Sitar Or even Rudra. Once it crashes, it doesn't play any taal at all! I then have to wait a few hours or till the next day (not sure how that resolves it but it does) to open and start the other taals. I tried uninstalling but the issue still persists and i am just frustrated. Kindly help me with this bug or i would consider asking for refund. |

Now I'm back to dancing and this doesn't allow me to restore my access suggesting that I need to purchase it by making payment again! I've done all the latest updates with no success retrieving my subscription Update: Developer for back as soon as I reported the issue and it is resolved now. Good customer care service. |
