But using email option works at lest. The search functionality not the best like I only want to search for what selected not everything in between as well. Our flight was 6 weeks after the airline liquidated and flight centre never let us know of the liquidation but still had my flights in the app as confirmed and were even urging me to check into my flights early. The customer service was horrible and no refund was offered and they tried making it seem as if I was at fault. The bank sided in my favour stleast. | |

2024-06-10 | Valerie Bolton | The service at Walmer Centre Port Elizabeth was excellent but, because the connection flight didn't give enough time to board my flight was delayed until the next departure, as I was in London Heathrow and my mobile wasn't equipped for making calls, the person waiting in Edinburgh for me with limited time as he had to go back to work, he not only was late but it cost him Β£17 for parking which he could ill afford. This happened to my late husband and myself many years ago as well... Unnecessary. |
