2024-11-13 | Lisa N | My Fetch account. Been a customer for many years. 2 months ago, our credit card details were stolen. We updated our Fetch account - everything was sweet. Monday, got an email advising that payment was unsuccessful and account would be suspended unless credit card. The Credit card details were verified with Google Pay and still I can't get my account in order. Disappointed that I was only given 3 days to update my account after years of loyal payments and for a lousy $8!!!!! | |
2024-11-04 | Zach Blake | I'm disgusted. The fact Telstra forced users to PAY to "upgrade" to Fetch is pathetic. The UI and operating system is slow and unresponsive at times. You can't change any proper settings on the Fetch TV, like autoplaying live TV. Fetch TV feels like a cheap Reject Shop media box. The remote is cheap and flimsy. The box and system are absolute garbage. Suddenly the Telstra TV Bluetooth remote and Media box Ui etc, were 10/10 compared to this rushed cash grab for a company. | |

This time, the update no longer connects my Bluetooth sound. each time, I have to click & click & click & click & click to get to audio more clicks & clicks & finally I have sound . seriously, the interface wasn't designed to flow or to be easy to navigate. 2024-09-18 | Cyrus Ramsey | On fetch Mighty who came up with the idea that pressing any key after pressing power off would cancel power off was a good idea? Many of us press power off then 123... then power to turn off our TV's, the lastest update prevents that from working. | |
2024-09-11 | luke murphy | App now loads, connection issue fixed, but app remote record function doesn't work on mobile, despite option being there, and on the same network as the box at home there is no option to set to record. Both opposite of what used to work. Fetch fixes one thing then borks another. | |

Have forever had issues with the guide showing the pay channels and not the FTA. Honestly if I was paying for this service beyond the initial outlay for the boxes...well I wouldn't be. | |

Sometimes it works and i can view the free to air list, other times the channels disappear completely and it stays that way for hours. Very frustrating! A good app when it's working properly but that's not often. | |
2022-09-04 | Mathew Barber | Small fault needs fixing, when you have 1 movie in your wish list and try to remove it, it will remove, but then after a refresh it re-appears back in your wish list and you can't remove it as it continually comes back. Have tried on both the app and fetch itself and same error on both devices. | |
2022-06-20 | Gus | I've had it with this app. Fix the basics instead of introducing new features. Used to be okay but just gets progressively worse with connection issues. The devs are useless and just fob off issues raised. If anyone else did their job this badly they'd lose their job. TiVo from more than 10 years ago was so much better - because it worked and got the basics right. Do not buy Fetch. Cannot recommend at all. | |
2022-06-02 | Gai Denyer | Hopeless app. On tv guide it always comes up with the pay TV channels, not free to air if you want to I record a program. Although it says latest update is for Samsung S22 it hasn't made any difference. Incredibly frustrating. Tells me there is an issue with fetch connection, yet settings are correct and my fetch is connected. I can eventually record from my phone but it takes ages for free to air to appear and a lot of mucking around Please fix asap |
