It is good app but today I update and then free workouts disappeared, just I have one choice my plan, why ??

Just pure Amazing, I have had many experiences with workout at home apps, this is by far the best ever, i did get the life time premium and not only it was affordable for me unlike many other but the work outs are so satisfing as well. Big appreciation for the developers. And they are very helpfull in case you do have an issue.

it is good,I love it I weigh 45 kg I don't know how much I weigh now because I don't have a weighing machine but I love it I do 2 types of exercise for leg and weight loose ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💘🍁 I hope I lose my weight doing this exercise for 30 days nd squats are pretty easy actually 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💗💗💗💗I do it after eating I wait 20 min then I do the exercises i have a strict diet and also it is my fav app because it is free i love the animation and I do 18 exercise per day 💘🍁 10/10
