This is a very unique app. I wasn't sure at first and found it hard to immerse myself, but by day 4 I got the hang of it. It is almost like an energized, jmmersive meditation, and, if you are a visual person, quite fun and engaging. I don't know about longterm effects, but I plan to keep trying it and using it. I will say that I will likely need to go back and redo tracks often. I've done that once so far, and it was much more intense/meaningful the 2nd time.

Reading about the app info & $49. I thought it would be more personalize. Just a few questions with preset answers & no option to personalize your answers to the question. It's too wide of profile not at all personalized. It poses instructions to fast that needs to be read. Doesn't acknowledge that you're having trouble reading that fast. I downloaded it at night. What was it starting on a morning or evening? I fell asleep. It asked questions with preset answers. With no other option to answer.

This app is absolutely amazing. I would have no problem paying for it if I had the money! Or an option for a cheaper monthly rate. It's hard to better your self when the stress of the cost of bettering yourself is too high. But otherwise it's enchanting, exhilarating and so calming! I ended up paying for It and I don't regret it one bit
