I have ADHD, and RoutineFlow is one of the most useful apps to help keep me on time and on track. In addition to the typical morning routines, etc, I have other routines such as "Prepare to leave house" that has me changing, gathering all my items, and a checklist of items for my dog. Having all the steps with times has really helped me be realistic and aware about the time, and intentional about habit stacking. The app is simple and pleasing to use, well worth the cost to support the dev.

This app has seriously helped me so much with staying on track and on task. I don't have ADHD (that I'm aware of) but I'm chronically late everywhere and severely underestimate the amount of time it takes to do things and also get distracted very easily. I've been using this app for a week and it's helped me get ready in the mornings so I'm out the door 30-40 minutes ahead of what I was used to which is amazing. Highly recommend!

There is an easy flow to this routine builder. I love how gentle and intuitive it feels to use the routines I build with this app! I do really wish that the free version included 2 routines, one scheduled and one flexible. Several friends want to try it, but aren't sure about a subscription.

Love how accessible this app is for those of us with ADHD. The lofi background music helps to keep me focused, though I love that you can also turn that off if you want. The fact that the app doesn't punish you for not doing everything on your list is also really nice, as I usually can't get it all done (even if I really want to). I do wish the free version got at least two routine slots (one for everyday and one for flexible) but overall a great app. Looking forward to future updates! :)

Routine Flow is a great tool for setting up routines and sticking to them. it's easy to set up the routines and go through them as you are doing the routine activities yourself. it keeps me on track and is very motivating. it's also flexible, as you can go over or under your time if you need to, and it even gives suggestions for changing the time of an activity to better suit how long you took at the end. I recommend this app.

The app is good. It's what I've been looking for for years now. I have a feature request that would boost it to 5 stars: Integrations. In particular, a way to trigger flows with a tasker plugin, API, or Android shortcut so we can trigger flows to start automatically based on events (i.e. waking up, arriving at home, etc). I would settle for the devs to share the intent with until then ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

love the app, except for a few features. My "do later" tasks disappear or get marked at completed instead of coming up again at the end of the routine. Wish I could save my own template or just use some of the tasks from the template without having to use the whole thing. I like the timer mode, customization features, and AI support!

amazing! love the simplicity of this app, it doesn't have any gimmicks or reward systems to add pressure. Theres a nice sound and feeling of accomplishment when you check off a task but it doesn't give any negative reinforcement for not completing or skipping tasks. it's been a game changer for my daily routines and mental effort/energy in ways I never expected. highly recommend for any ADHD/ND people who need some help with keeping routines.

Phenomenal app that has truly helped me restructure my morning, night, and flexible routines. This isn't just a To-do list. This app helps you create routines (gives suggestions and allows for custom steps), and helps you focus on them with the use of alarms (Pro features allow alerts for half way and 30 seconds left for a task) and a visual timer. Even better, you focus on one task at a time. It has truly helped me be more focused and productive as an AuDHDer (Autistic/ADHD).

Great so far! I have the paid version. I like the variety of templates/tasks, and that they're customizable. I have ADHD so routines and timelines are always a challenge. This helps with both. Things I'd like to customize to make it even better: change the optional background music, announce the next task or make it larger/easier to see, duplicate custom tasks, be able to see the start/end time every time I edit a routine not just the first time creating one.
